Protocols & Procedures

• Please reschedule your appointment if you or someone in your household is unwell or has symptoms.



• Your temperature will be taken and recorded upon arrival with a contactless temperature gauge. If the reading is 38° or more, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.



• You will be required to wear a face covering or mask. You can provide your own or I will provide a disposable face mask. If there are medical reasons you cannot wear a face mask I have a sanitisable visor you can wear during your appointment and I will wear a mask and visor for our safety.



• I will be wearing appropriate PPE which will include face mask, visor, gloves and washable apron.



• You will be required to wash your hands with soap and water upon arrival and hand sanitiser once you enter the salon.
• There is an automatic soap dispenser in the bathroom. Hand towel to be used and placed in the basket provided. It will be laundered after use at 90°.



• You will be required to fill in a Covid-19 treatment consent form.



• You will be required to attend your appointment alone with minimal personal belongings. If there are medical reasons you need someone with you or you have a carer, please advise in advance. Mobile phones cannot be used while you are here.



• I will allowing more time between clients to clean and disinfect all surfaces, bathroom facilities, door handles, hand rails and all other touch points.



• Please be on time for your appointment, if you are early please send me a text. If I have finished sanitising and disinfecting I will come out and get you.



• ALL nail files and buffers are single use and disposed of after each client. Metal tools will continue to be scrubbed and sanitised in Barbicide after each client.



• Pedicures: your feet will be soaked in a bowl of warm water and anti-bacterial foot soak prior to painting your nails.
